It’s a chance to show people what
YOU do. Not your affiliate program,
unless you have created an affiliate
program. It can be about the
name of your URL; it can be about

content you personally have created.

Let’s get to the lesson:

Too many people believe that there’s only
so much money out there, and that
government and society need to change
a whole bunch more to make it
available to everyone.

(Brother Paul here; let me give you
an example I’ve used earlier:
Let’s say that Bill Gates had
exactly 100 billion dollars.
Let’s further state that there
are 8 billion people in the world.
If we gave away his money equally
to every single person, they would
increase their lot in life by roughly
twelve and a half dollars. That’s not
twelve and a half dollars per day,
month, or year. That’s twelve and
a half dollars for each person’s
individual lifetime. So, it’s not
about forcing a redistribution of
wealth that helps people become
rich. It’s about everybody creating
more for everybody.)

The government is trying to keep
as many people broke as possible,
according to Wattles, because the people
that “run” the government are not
thinking and acting in “the Certain Way.”.

(Brother Paul with another example:
In a science fiction book, the military
trainer held an exercise where everybody
would share equally. In the end, there
was a revolt, and the best that could
be done was the people the “government”
had hired were paid, and when the money
was re-distributed back, everybody had
less. The best the government can do
is make sure everybody is treated equally
“unfair.”)

But, if everybody starts doing things in
the Certain Way, then there are no
businesses or governments that can
keep people down. If everybody
starts thinking of moving ahead, and
focusing on getting rich, nothing can
stop the progression.

It doesn’t matter who is in charge,
everybody can start doing things
in the Certain Way.

(We also teach that there were
“rich” people even during the time
of the depression. If you understand
this principle, there is always
opportunities to become rich.)

Once more and more people start
living this way, the government will
change to start allowing more and more
people to become rich.

The more folks get rich on the field
of competition, the worse it becomes
for everybody. But, the more folks
who get rich on the “creating” field,
the richer everybody will become.

The more people teach others how
to become rich, the more everybody
will become rich.

And, those who teach the others have
to show everybody that it is done with
faith and reason.

Once you get this mindset of the Certain
Way inside of you, it doesn’t matter who
is in charge, because you will belong to
a different “kingdom.”

But, you have to remember to stay
on the creating field, and never be
untrue to yourself by believing there
ain’t enough. And, don’t for a second,
even if you think it’s right, go back to
the field of competition.

If you start to slip back into that
“old way of life,” you have to correct
yourself that very second. Once you
slip back onto the competing battlefield,
you’ve lost your mind entirely, and your
mind won’t be able to help you out.

Don’t go wasting time figuring out how
to hande situations, unless it is something
that can make your path smoother today.
You are only to work on the work of
today, and doing everything on that very
day in a perfect and successful way. Don’t
focus on what can happen tomorrow; you
can take care of those things when they get
here.

Don’t concern yourself about how to tackle
barriers that might pop up later in your
business, unless it is absolutely obvious that
if you don’t handle them now, you won’t be
able to handle them later.

It doesn’t matter how big the problem
looks from far away, the closer you get
to the problem, as long as you are doing
things in the Certain Way, you will see
the way to handle it.

It doesn’t matter what is thrown at you,
as long as you are doing things in the
Certain Way, there’s a way to beat the
problem.

If you do things exactly as they have
been described in these teachings,
you cannot help but become richer,
just as surely as 2 multiplied by itself
equals 4.

Watch how you speak about things.

Don’t talk about anything as if it
cannot happen.

Don’t even suggest that something
can’t work.

Don’t talk about how rough things
are, or the business world as being
an iffy proposition.

That’s only true (the iffy part) if you
are in the field of competition, not
creation.

When others are failing in business,
as long as you are doing things in
the Certain Way, you will find that
is when the doors open best for you.

Start thinking as the world as being
in the process of being made, and that
is still growing. If something looks plain
evil, think of it as something that has
stopped its growth.

Always talk about things as growing.

If things don’t turn out the way you
thought they would, because you
will find out that it only looked like
it didn’t work. It was just a stepping
stone to getting you to something that
worked better.

God’s mind knows better than you
what you need and desire. He will
give you better than what you asked
for sometimes.

Even if you thought something failed,
keep your faith, reason, and belief,
give thanks, and do every single thing
you can every single day in a successful
way, and you will find out that everything
works out as it should.

If you created something that failed,
it is because you didn’t ask for enough.

Keep the faith, and a bigger, better thing
will take its place.

You won’t fail because you don’t have
the skills. You’ll get the skills you need
to get the job done.

It’s not this book’s place to teach you
those skills, but they will come just
as easy and as quickly as the Certain
Way.

When you get to the part where you
need that skill, it will come. If Abraham
Lincoln could learn the skills to handle
the toughest job in government, even
though he was “unskilled,” you will
learn the skills you need to pull off
the job. You just have to have a
complete belief that you can do it.

Go over these lessons again and again.
(Brother Paul here: we’ll probably set up

Don’t let go until you’ve mastered every
single idea. While you are getting set in
these beliefs, you’ll do all right if you
give up most of the “fun and relaxing
things you usually do.”

Make sure you stay away from any teachings
that teach the opposite of these teachings.

Don’t go reading other ideas, unless it is
those who are originally mentioned in the
very beginning of these teachings.

Spend the bulk of your time focusing
on your mental picture with faith and reason,
and building up your thankfulness.

The high points will be summed up next week.
